Jin Jiji India Dry Gin is the flagship of the Goa-based brand that helped kick off India's craft gin movement. It is distilled from wheat-based neutral spirit on a traditional copper pot still with nine botanicals: wild foraged Himalayan juniper and Macedonian juniper, coriander seed, black tea, angelica root, orris root, chamomile, tulsi (holy basil) and cashew nut, which gives it a notably smooth, velvety mouthfeel. It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).Good Gin Tentions scored it 84/100, calling it "a good solid gin" with juniper out front, surprising citrus and chamomile florals, then pepper, clove, tea and coriander with a nutty aftertaste and a spicy bittersweet finish; the reviewer found it strongest in Martinis and darker stirred drinks. The brand has taken Gold at the World Spirits Competition and Silver at the IWSC. It is a great-value introduction to Indian gin.Buy Jin Jiji India Dry Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
