Take a Look｜Apologue Carrot Root Liqueur｜ Other Products

Apologue Carrot Root Liqueur is one of the most unusual bottles from Apologue Liqueurs in Chicago, the craft producer that builds each liqueur around a single ingredient sourced from Midwest farms. Here it is carrots from Nichols Farm in Illinois, processed three ways, chopped, dried and juiced, to capture both the vegetable's natural sweetness and its earthy depth, then blended with baking spices, ginger, citrus peel, mint and cinchona. Bottled at 25% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The taste is sweet, fresh carrot with warm spice and ginger, a lift of citrus and mint and a gentle bitterness from the cinchona that keeps it savory rather than syrupy. Bartenders use it in place of an aperitivo in a spritz, in a carrot-ginger sour with gin or tequila, or as a savory twist on a Bloody Mary. A conversation starter for adventurous cocktail lovers.Buy Apologue Carrot Root Liqueur online with fast shipping right to your door.
